1. Digital Products

Vinted Resells sells digital products. These may include digital guides, templates, files, documents, resources and other electronically delivered content.

All products are supplied digitally unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

2. Digital Delivery

After your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital product will be delivered using the delivery method provided with your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable device, software and internet connection to access your purchase.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use a product after purchase.

Please carefully read the product description and review any previews or information provided before completing your purchase.

Where applicable, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of the digital product, you expressly agree that we may begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory cancellation right once the digital content has been supplied.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, or does not meet applicable legal requirements, your legal rights remain unaffected.

4. Technical Problems

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

Technical problems do not automatically entitle you to a refund where the product itself is functioning as described.

5. Intellectual Property

All products and content sold by Vinted Resells remain the intellectual property of Vinted Resells unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute our digital products

• Share purchased files with other people

• Upload our files to file-sharing websites

• Claim our products as your own

• Copy, reproduce or commercially distribute our products without permission

6. Personal Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, products purchased from Vinted Resells are for personal use only.

Commercial use, resale or redistribution is not permitted unless specifically authorised.

8. Payments

Payment must be successfully completed before your digital product is delivered.

Prices displayed on our store may change at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed.
